Assistant Manager:

To offer the customer of Einstein Bros Bagels an enjoyable, friendly atmosphere, where food and beverage products are efficiently served conforming to Einstein Bros standards of excellence for quality, sanitation and consistency while accommodating the customer’s personal preference. Be a leader in the preparation of the freshest, and highest quality products found in the industry. Safety & Sanitation Certification a huge plus! The Assistant Manager ensures shift-by-shift compliance budget targets, cash handling procedures, the coaching and training of hourly employees, and takes an active role in ensuring customers receive optimal service. We proudly serve breakfast and lunch, and we are NOT open in the evenings.

Requirements: Must have at least 1year prior restaurant supervisory experience, must be at least 18 years of age, full benefits are offered after 1st full month of employment, the AM position is a full time salaried position
