Two Internships are available for the 2005 Summer Season:

Day Camp Internship – assist with day programs for campers in kindergarten through 6th grade; includes all aspects of the class from preparing materials, registering campers, teaching classes, and assisting camp management with daily operations.

Resident Camp Internship – assist Senior Counselors with off-site programs for campers in 6th-12th grade. Each program is 5-11 days in length and includes staying with the campers for the duration of that time, including safely escorting campers to and from Orlando International Airport.

Qualifications: Must be undergraduate college student who has completed sophomore year and is in good academic standing at a recognized academic institution. Resident Camp Internship applicants must have current American Red Cross lifeguard certification and be able to pass the Busch Entertainment Corporation Swim Test to be considered.

Compensation: $6.00 per hour and possible academic credit

Majors/Categories: Relevant education/experience would include, but is not limited to, Education, Wildlife and Fisheries Science, (Marine) Biology, and work in classrooms, zoos, parks, clinics, and museums.
