PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Program Director needed for local affiliate of a national private, educational/residential program. Boys Hope Girls Hope helps academically motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential and become men and women for others by providing value-centered, family-like homes, opportunities and education through college.

Program Director is responsible for the overall management and program enhancement of two residential homes.

Responsibilities include: program development, general case management, staff training, supervision and support, crisis management and community networking.

Competitive salary range depending on education and work experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Candidates must possess excellent relationship and organizational skills and ability to multi-task
