Overview:

As a Cosmetics Sales Associate at Macy’s, your opportunities are endless. Duties include excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding hourly selling and express credit goals, taking part in special events, developing a clientele, maintaining presentation standards, cosmetic application and non-selling responsibilities

As a Cosmetic Sales Associate you will be responsible for:

• Greet each customer enthusiastically
• Practice suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge
• Develop and maintain clientele book
• Maintain sales goals and express credits
• Attend vendor seminars
• Adhere to shortage control and compliance procedures
• Teamwork oriented

A successful Cosmetics Sales Associate with Macy’s is one that has strong customer service and communication skills, enthusiasm for success and the creativeness to make it happen. A Cosmetics Sales associate is also self-motivated and has ability to work with the needs of customer flow
