As a Customer Service Associate, you will get to know your customers and go above and beyond for them. You will recognize their needs, create awareness of products and services and refer them to appropriate staff for product sales or problem resolution. The ability to maintain accuracy in handling large quantities of cash and performing standard debit, credit, and product transactions is a key component to success in this position.
