CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

TVR Communications is seeking part-time energetic, reliable people to work in hospitals providing television and telephone service to the patients. As a Customer Service Representative you will have a direct point of contact with our customers making your position extremely essential to the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s customers receive an adequate level of service and/or help with their questions and concerns. Because customer service representatives constantly interact with the public, workers should be fluent in the English language and have excellent communication skills. Salary starts at $8 -10/hr depending on location. Flexible schedule. Flexible weekdays including a weekend day, flexible hours between 9am-9pm, shifts are 4-5 hours. Training is available. Responsibilities/Duties:

Aid customers in completing purchases/transactions.
Minor bookkeeping. Keep records of transactions, update and maintain customer’s profile or account information.
Extensive walking.
Minor lifting may be required depending on location. (15-20lbs. max.)
