Manager in Training

Responsibilities for this position include providing excellent service and assuring customer satisfaction while assisting the store manager in all aspects of managing the store. This includes implementing sales goals and strategies, scheduling employees and supervising daily activities, as well as training employees in selling techniques, merchandising skills, theft prevention and company policies.

Manager in Training Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old with a diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work 48 to 54 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Retail management experience, a 4-year college degree, or military background is very helpful
