He or She provides a variety of customer service related duties before, during, and after business hours to ensure that Movie Gallery membership benefits are provided to each customer.

The Senior CSA is often fully in charge when functioning as the Manager on Duty (MOD).

As an MOD you are responsible for the efficient operation of the store through effective assignment, monitoring, and accomplishment of daily duties.
