We need outstanding, reliable individuals who can independently and appropriately direct our phone customers� requests, by answering inquiries, tracing shipments, answering billing questions and more. Excellent typing skills of 25+wpm
Solid computer skills
Should have a positive, pleasant and professional personality and phone voice
Possess excellent English written and verbal skills (bi-lingual would be great!)
Have a high school or GED diploma
Have excellent customer-oriented, multi-tasking, problem solving abilities.

Our environment is relaxed, professional and comfortable, with public transportation right outside! You will work part time, Monday-Friday, 2pm-7pm and receive a competitive hourly rate and full benefits including paid medical, dental and vision insurance, vacation and sick pay, airline flight benefits and employee discount plans! Fulltime opportunities do become available! The first 5-6 weeks require fulltime paid training. All candidates will be required to take a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
