COORD-TECH SUPPORT (DATA)

*Responsible for resolving data equipment and service issues via 800# line for both internal and external customers.
*Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
*Serve as a data equipment and service subject matter expert.
*Maintain effective and productive working relationships with all peers and leadership team.
*Recognize and communicate potential customer impacting data network problems and work directly with the WDTS to resolve customer problems.
*Recognize and recommend operational improvements.
*Commitment to improve the quality of data related support in the NE Area.
*Technical support experience preferred.
*Extensive knowledge on all VZW data products and services (TXT Messaging, Mobile Web, Mobile Web 2.0, Get It Now, PIX/FLIX Messaging, PDA's, Laptops, Wireless Sync, NationalAccess, BroadbandAccess, and CDPD.
*Understanding of the following systems, ACSS, VISION, or I2K.
*Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
*Microsoft Technical Certifications strongly preferred.
*Demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate complex and technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the needs of the customer.
*Ability to demonstrate strong aptitude and knowledge of personal computer hardware/software; possess fundamental understanding of Internet connectivity, networking terminology, web and email protocols.
