| The Lorenzo, an off campus student housing building is looking for CAs. A CA (Community Assistant) interacts directly with students on the USC campus to promote The Lorenzo and refer prospective residents to Lorenzo Leasing Consultants. They act as the Company’s representative by conveying the benefits of the community. They work closely with the Leasing Consultants on the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident. Requirements: Must be a current USC student Must be outgoing! Market the property on campus and elsewhere Assist Leasing Consultants with leasing all vacant units and prelease those available in the future. |
