There are no restrictions on the work hours of youth age 16 or older. 14 and 15 Years Old Outside school hours, you can legally work: After 7 a.m. and until 7 p.m. Except from June 1 through Labor Day, when you can work until 9 p.m. 13 Years Old and Younger Teens younger than 14 years old can baby-sit, deliver newspapers, or work as an actor or performer.
