Set among the rolling pasturelands and wildflowers of the scenic town of Grapevine, the resort is located on the southern tip of Lake Grapevine. Just six minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, arriving passengers will spot the Texas-sized Lone Star atop our towering atrium.

Resort guests will enjoy regional and lakeside dining, a 15,000-square-foot world-class spa and fitness facility, championship golf at the adjacent Cowboys Golf Club and even an Entertainment Train Station. Other activities include fishing, jet skiing, water skiing and boating on Lake Grapevine.

This position is responsible to determine the most efficient set up of banquet rooms, meeting rooms, and Ballrooms, from diagrams and calculations. Ensure the correct set up and tear down of equipment and materials upon schedule.

Ensure all equipment and supplies in storage areas are in good working order, thereby ensuring the safety of employees. Give direction and supervision to the work crew. Enforce all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively to ensure smooth completion of overall objectives. Enhance the training program by coaching. Oversee the quick and efficient response of calls, and add-ons from clients, Convention Managers, Catering and Banquet. Perform other duties as assigned.


High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read complex diagrams and calculate setups. Thorough knowledge of Banquet Set-Up policies and procedures. Good communication skills needed. Supervisory skills preferred.
